Legislative Representation
Your Association is involved in each Legislative Session on a full-time basis, identifying and tracking all bills relative to our industry. Legislative reports are made regularly to all members.
Educational Liaison
The Association staff works with institutions that are training potential implement dealership employees, acting in an advisory role and assisting with placement. In addition, NDIDA's Career Connections program is designed to develop a well-trained pool of future dealership employees by linking students, schools, and dealerships.

Newsletters/Special Mailings
Issued bi-monthly to each dealer and associate member, the NDIDA Online contains up-to-date information regarding various phases of dealer and Association activities. Special bulletins are issued as occasion demands.

NDIDA's annual Wage and Benefit Survey provides data which allows dealers to compare their dealership expenditures with North Dakota averages.
Dealer Meetings/Continuing Education
Dealer seminars, workshops, and meetings are conducted at various times throughout the year to assist dealers and/or employees in various aspects of business operations.

Annual Convention
Each year, North Dakota dealers gather to take part in dealer workshops, business meetings, exhibits, and social events - a great place to develop new business ideas and new friendships!
National Affiliation
NDIDA members automatically receive membership in the North American Equipment Dealers Association (NAEDA), which represents and serves dealers at the national level. Members receive a paid subscription to NAEDA's Farm and Power Equipment Dealer Magazine, along with access to a wide array of programs and services.
Official Guides
NDIDA members receive a discount on the Official Guide. This guide for buying, selling and financing of used equipment is your best source of the most current market information and technical data on farm tractors and equipment.
NDIDA PAC
The Association's Political Action Committee was created for the purpose of supporting, through voluntary dealer contributions, candidates for North Dakota legislatures and state offices.
