Career Toolbox
No one can provide automotive career information as credibly as you – the dealer. As part of the Career Connections program, dealers are encouraged to personally connect with students in their area high schools to let them know about the fantastic career opportunities available in their dealerships. This can be done through classroom presentations, dealership tours, small group question and answer sessions, job shadowing, and more. To assist dealers in communicating with area students, ADAND offers an assortment of recruiting tools and resources, including a PowerPoint presentation that can be customized just for your dealership!
